I love the beach. Beaches are tranquil, relaxing, and conjure up thoughts of warm sunshine, toes in the sand, and the sounds of lapping waves. However, when I decided on a beach-themed room, it was for reasons far beyond those.
The most important element for creative problem solving is letting go of fear. When we fear judgement, ridicule, or the chance of being wrong, we limit our thoughts; we squelch ideas that could be the foundation that launches the solution. Let go of fear and let your wild ideas free, for from our wildest ideas come the most innovative solutions.
